A combination of rolled oats, other grains, dried fruits, nuts and seed makes for a great breakfast. There are many different ways to prepare this staple, making it a great main ingredient in breakfast. The brand I use is Seven Sundays, they provide many varieties of their muesli.
Here’s how to make it:
What you’ll need
~1/3 Cup of muesli
~1/2 Cup of Dairy Product(or non) (milk, almond, cashew or yogurt) *I use So Delicious Almond Milk*
~1/4 Cup almonds
~1 Cup fresh blueberries
~1 mug, cup or bowl
Add the muesli and choice of dairy (or non-dairy product) and mix together. Then add in the extra ingredients, the almonds and blueberries. I prepped this at night, so I put in the fridge to soak overnight.
In the morning, I topped it off with some Siggi’s Blueberry Yogurt and some more blueberries. This was the perfect breakfast to make me feel energized for the rest of the day.
